Like my title says how is this a terrible episode? Schizogeny is my favorite monster of the week episode. About a great evil lurking among teens who kills their parents. It is up to Mulder and Scully to stop them. Actress Sarah Redmond commits to the craziness of the script. Redmond is not given the most dignified of roles, but she goes all-in on it. Redmond is asked to play a reverse-gender version of Norman Bates, and manages to avoid failing spectacularly.
Schizogeny is Criminally underrated among X-Files fans to me it is misunderstood and a good episode unlike Redux, Christmas Carol and Emily it is way better episode. I like the horror, like a man was burried alive in the mud. One man was thrown out of a window. I like the death scenes.
You have actress Katharine Isabelle in here she is a horror babe. Katharine was in Freddy vs. Jason, Supernatural 2 Episodes in Season 2 and she was in Ginger Snaps and she played in many horror movies. Katharine Isabelle is hot, beautiful gorgeous and sexy I like her performence. She was a a victim of child abuse of Karin Matthews a monster who was killing people. She had such a power over trees that she could snap with her fingers and trees killed people.
I love when Bobby (Chad Lindberg) is nearly drowned in mud and Karin try's to kill him, but Mulder try's to save the kid and the monster try's to kill them both. A man with axe stops the evil that lies in that town.
Just because they were killer trees in this episode dosen't deserve to get a bad reputation or hate. You have killer trees in The Evil Dead movies but those movies gets classic reputation but you can't accept Schizogeny? That is not right. Schizogeny is my fvorite episode and I don't care if you hate it, i like it:P
