Rutigliano Touts New Law to Protect Minors from Dangers of Internet

TRUMBULL- With provisions that take effect this month, State Rep. David Rutigliano (R-123) hailed a law he helped craft in the 2023 legislative session that took numerous steps to protect minors from the dangers of the internet and social media.

“This legislation is in direct response to parents wanting greater privacy protections of their children’s data online. We want to make sure that children can explore the digital world safely without becoming targets for commercial exploitation,” said Rep.

Rutigliano to have Coffee with Constituents in October 

TRUMBULL- State Rep. David Rutigliano (R-123) will be holding his regular monthly coffee hour in Trumbull for constituents on Wednesday, October 2.

The legislative coffee hour will be Wednesday, October 2 at 8:00am-9:00am at Best Edibles on 4235 Madison Avenue in Trumbull.

Rep. Rutigliano wants to hear from his constituents and any questions or concerns they might have about state government.

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing a highway sign replacement and renumbering project on Route 8 north and southbound from Bridgeport to Winchester and Route 25 north and southbound in Trumbull. This project is scheduled to occur on Sunday, September 8.

CTDOT Project 15-381 consist of the exit renumbering and replacement of highway signs along the Route 8 and Route 25 corridor that have reached or exceeded their useful life. The exits are being renumbered to mileage-based
