Udaipur MP Manna Lal Rawat receives threat on social media, complaint filed
JAIPUR: Manna Lal Rawat, The newly-elected BJP MP from Udaipur has allegedly received threats on social media, prompting the filing of a complaint on Wednesday, according to police.
The Udaipur superintendent of police, Yogesh Goyal, stated that the threatening comments were posted on a YouTube video. Upon being informed by the MP about the incident, the police initiated efforts to identify and apprehend the accused individuals.
In a video statement, Rawat mentioned that two individuals posted threatening comments in the comment section of a YouTube channel, making references to the recent incident involving actor and BJP's Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut, who was slapped by a CISF woman constable at the Chandigarh airport.
