On debug mode after open the inspection window (ctrl+shift+i) and try to resize this window it closes.

I've also noticed some odd behaviour with this and some of the other popups. Are you using GTK3?

Similar behavior I noticed on Mac(OSx Yosemite 10.10.5) also.
