    Nice modern stadium
Nationals Park is a clean and modern stadium. It has wide concourses and a big plaza behind the outfield. That being said, it doesn't have a whole lot character. The architectural style is basically plain concrete, and aside from a chant after runs, there wasn't much energy from the crowd. The game against the Reds turned out to be a close one, and the Presidents race was fun, so it was still a good time. Concessions were typical for a ballpark, and the surrounding neighborhood was lively. Getting to the park is very easy on the Green Line. Overall, a nice place to see a game.

Nice current stadium with good overall experience.
Quality experience overall. Not Fenway, Wrigley, Camden, etc but very ggod. Comfortable, spacious, and great staff. Was here when first opened and big diff is area around has much more to offer pre and post game. Parking can be a challenge ($50 nearby) as many places pre bought with permits. Did PNC Diamond club with great buffet and all you can drink domestic drafts (decent selection) and house wine (was $250 per for Red Sox in August 23). Would do again!

    No complaints
We went for a Braves game in September of 2023. Still a decent sized crowd considering the Nats didn’t have much left to play for. Fun as a traveler to have so many of our fans at the game. Park was nice and I have no complaints but not much unique or special about it either. Presidents race was probably the highlight that you don’t see at other parks. The atmosphere on the river side of the park was totally dead before the game which seemed like a huge missed opportunity.

    Fun ballpark!
My wife and I are big baseball fans and though we're Yankees fans, we love visiting all parks and are working on seeing all of them. We've been to the Nationals Park twice now and it's a fun park overall! The seats in the upper deck are comfy and the views of the game are great. Food and drinks are pretty standard, but we were able to find some good beer and popcorn. The highlight of the game is definitely the Presidents Race and it's always so silly and fun, which is great to see. The park is also located to lots of good restaurants and bars, so you can easily make a full day of the game. It's a fun park and one we'd visit again!

    Great Ballpark for a Game
Stopped in for a game with the kids. Not a bad seat in the house. Like all ballparks, don’t expect to leave without dropping a fortune. If you want signatures or photo ops, register early. We were in line when the park opened and still missed our chance.

    Great experience at the ballpark.
A great atmosphere. We were in town watching Toronto Blue Jays. Our team didn’t win. We enjoyed our seats in sec 208 . Our Customer Service Rep Susan was incredibly friendly and involved with everyone.

    Good major league experience
Nice contemporary ball park. Good food options..We sat in club seats which offered great sight lines and comfort, albeit at a price. State of the art scoreboard.Parking is expensive and the area around the ballpark can be congested.

The atmosphere around the ballpark was a really great experience. The Bullpen down the street and eating establishments were very good. The problem is the park itself.

1. You can’t bring a bag in larger than a woman’s wallet. Unless it’s clear then you can bring your entire luggage.

2. You can dump all of your stuff in a clear bag but not the bag itself. That has to locked in a bin box for an additional $17 behind home plate.

3. Food inside the stadium and service is really bad. Eat outside stadium before the game. Most people that work there act as they hate their job and all of the fans. I ate at the tots place and medium rare. Save your money.

4. Ballpark itself is very ordinary. Nothing exciting and I don’t like that in and around home plate you cannot see from the concourse. Anytime you travel to get something don’t plan on seeing any of the game unless it’s on a delayed tv around the stadium.

5. There are no Nats fans. Lots of Jersey and hats worn but seems like they are just people that had nothing else to do so they decided to go out and include the game. St. Louis had way more fans. (I’m not a fan of either team)

6. Beer prices were fair and on par with other stadiums and lots of vendors walking around. That was a good part.

This was the 8th baseball stadium I've been to. On the positive side: There was a ton of variety of food. Place was wide open, plenty of room to walk around. Lots of personalization to the place so it wasn't just cookie cutter. Easy to get to and in to. On the negative, place was hot, really really hot. Food took a long time to get and was expensive. I had a great seat but the usher kept coming over and yelling at the people next to us and once to me for leaning on the railing in front of us. Neither of us were doing anything disruptive or dangerous, she was being rude and flaunting what little power she had. Ticket price was reasonable for the seats that we had. Out of the 8 stadiums I've been to, I rank it 3rd behind Citi field and Truist park.

Nationals Park is a miserable venue to visit. I went last season with my wife and some friends and my wife was carrying a very small, soft cloth bag with her wallet. The woman at the gate said it was too large so my wife folded it up and put it in her pocket. The woman at the gate, was extremely nasty, pulled the bag from my wife’s pocket and told us we had to walk halfway around the stadium and check it for an exorbitant price. We had to wait in a long line to check the small cloth bag and missed half of the first inning. In general, the staff working the gates are nasty, unreasonable, and poorly trained. I have never gone back to Nats Stadium since this incident.

Had a very mixed experience on my first visit to this stadium, to see a Nationals game. When trying to enter the park, we were told that we could not bring in a bag of any kind unless it was transparent. We had not been told this at any time during the ticketing process (online). We asked if they could just search our bags and let them in, but were told no. We would need to deposit our bags in a neaby locker (at a cost of $10), or disgard them, in order to enter. We watched other guests having their bags searched and be allowed to enter, and asked why they could do this, and were told that they have diapers in their bags. (Along with several cell phones, in one case.)

While this was a hassle, what was more striking was the rudeness of the people at the gate. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, surly and utterly disinterested in helping.

Once inside (after stashing our bags in a locker, which required downloading an app and having our bags searched) we had some trouble at the turnstyle, and the young people working there were every bit as obnoxious as the ones checking bags.

Once in the stadium, things got better. Aside from the music being painfully loud, it was a decent baseball-watching experience. Nothing special in any way, but fine.

This was the final ballpark in our tour of all of the MLB stadiums! The external area of the park had lots of identifiers that let you know what team played there. There were statues of famous Nationals (or Senators from the early days). There was a guy dressed in a vintage Nationals uniform. (he's a fan, so he may not be there all of the time) The inside of the park was clean & nice. Concessions were average compared to other parks. We went to a day game & it was very hot & humid. We felt like we were sitting on the surface of the sun!
Overall a great ballpark.

What a cluster!! Getting into the ballpark is a disaster. They have unorganized lines and workers hollering into bullhorns. The scan and order your food online process is a mess. It takes 3 innings to get your food and then when you get to the pick up they don’t even have what you ordered. They are not designed to handle a crowded ballpark. Very poor design!! They certainly did not appear confident when handling a rain delay. The grounds crew were falling down and looked so confused as they tried to listen to one guy bark commands. They didn’t even make PSA about changes to the metro schedule, instead they put them on the jumbo tron for a few minutes and expected everyone to get the message. Very dissatisfied. What a poor display.

After driving in from NJ to be a tourist in DC for the week, spending $400 for stadium tickets, the supervisor at the gate refused to let me in even though my pouch was small enough, while she allowed others to enter with pocketbooks larger than her stupid example size she held. What made matters worse is she never mentioned that we can go around the corner and rent a locker until I said we're from New Jersey, we can't just go home and come back. She totally killed our 1st time experience here. She had too much power and didn't know how to handle it.
All she had to say is don't worry mam, just walk around the corner and put your things in a locker. Sorry for the inconvenience. But instead she was turning people away with nastiness and I even heard people say they are just leaving and not going to buy tickets.

Great venue for baseball. Seats are situated for great viewing. Food stands are state of art with kiosk for ordering food and drinks. Takes the long lines out of the equation, therefore you don’t miss much of the games.
Beer dispensing kiosk was awesome and easy!
The ushers were professional and polite!
