Debates done right
Presidential Gender Watch, is paying close attention to debates - past, present and future. PGW, CAWP's nonpartisan project in partnership with the Barbara Lee Family Foundation to track, analyze and illuminate gender dynamics in election 2016, is live-tweeting the presidential debates; follow @GenderWatch2016 and use #GenderWatch to join the discussion (starting at 8 PM EDT) as the Republicans once again take the stage on October 28. Honoring two trailblazers
On Thursday, November 19th, the Women in Municipal Government Committee of the NJ State League of Municipalities will honor two trailblazing women in state politics and government -- Dr. Stephanie R. Bush-Baskette (l.), Director of the Irvington Health Department and Candy Straight, co-founder of WISH List and a member of the Rutgers Board of Governors.
