Rudy's Pan Fried Walleye

Two 5-ounce walleye filets breaded with Ritz cracker crumbs and pan fried in butter. Topped with fish butter (butter, shallots, chives, red pepper, bacon bites, almonds, garlic, and dill) and toasted almonds.

DESSERT

Carrot Cake

Layered carrot cake with a cream cheese frosting, with a carrot & whip cream garnish.
