2024-25 Annual Update Public Comment Period 

Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency is inviting you to provide public comment on the 2024-2025 Annual Update to the Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan and its Appendices, which covers Fiscal Year 2022-23. . The public has an opportunity to provide input regarding this update through a 30-day public comment period. Hard copies are available upon request by contacting [email protected]. The 30-day public comment period ends September 22, 2024.

Public comments are to be received no later than 5:30 p.m. on September 22, 2024.  Comments must be sent to the attention of Ashley Saechao, MHSA Coordinator, 2640 Breslauer Way Redding, CA 96001; or emailed to [email protected]

Shasta County's Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Advisory Board (MHADAB) will be having a Public Hearing regarding this update. Details regarding this public hearing will be released soon.

MHSA Three-Year Plan

The MHSA Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan (Fiscal Years 2023-26) and Appendices have been approved by the Shasta County Board of Supervisors.
 

What is a Psychiatric Advance Directive?

Shasta is one of several counties that is participating in a new multi-county project about Psychiatric Advance Directives (PADs). Details are available in the abstract and in the Shasta County appendix. Learn more about PADs here.
