The Bar Association is Valuable to You Professionally and Socially...
It's a good organization. They are looking out for both the public and for the lawyers who are members of the association and they do a good job of that.
I Couldn't Think of Being Part of a Nicer Organization...
Building a network of people in San Mateo, which is a big county, but a small county at the same time, is invaluable. People know your name quickly. They're quick to reach out, and so you're inviting yourself to grow, not just as an attorney, but also the experience you have as an attorney.
My First Point of Contact with the San Mateo County Bar Association was Through the Barristers Section...
I feel like the most value that I've gotten out of the San Mateo County Bar Association, besides the wonderful staff and the various events that are put on throughout the year has really been my colleagues from the Barristers Section.
The San Mateo County Bar Association has been Very Welcoming to Me...
I would tell my colleagues, if you would like guidance in a new area of law, or if you're just trying to get familiar with San Mateo County Court procedure, joining the San Mateo County Bar Association is the number one thing that you should do.
Benefits of joining the San Mateo County Bar Association are networking with other attorneys, attend trainings, and special events.
