By plane
Heathrow airport is very near to chertsey (with low traffic, it is possible to get to heathrow from chertsey in about 16 minutes). You will often hear the planes passing by just after it took off. If you go up St. Annes hill, and go to one of the look out towers, you will see heahrowand the planes taking off and landing.
By train
Chertsey train station is near the centre of the town but it's not on the mainline so it will be slow and you'll have to change train most of the time.
By car
There are many roads in Chertsey transporting. Driving is resonably safe in chertsey. Many people do get confused at the junction in the town centre near the microsoft building with all the traffic lights.
