Having watched the entirety of Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story today I can understand why they didn’t send screeners prior. It’s not a very good season of television.
There are some nice acting moments but my thought is the series was quite a mess and by the end I wasn’t sure the point (the repetative point) it was trying to make.
The fifth episode entitled “The Hurt Man” is probably the most standout episode and I don’t really want to spoil much.
I can’t see this doing well with awards unless it becomes just as watched as Dahmer was.
I’m curious what other peoples thoughts will be

This is still the low end of what successful sitcoms pay lol, the main trio of TBBT were getting 1M per ep by the end of their run.
Oh, to be an actor on a successful sitcom.

It’s not even close to being the highest of anyone currently on television.
1. Jennifer Aniston, The Morning Show — $2 million per episode
1. Reese Witherspoon, The Morning Show — $2 million per episode
3. Chris Pratt, The Terminal List — $1.4 million per episode
4. Jeff Bridges, The Old Man — $1 million per episode
4. Sarah Jessica Parker, And Just Like That — $1 million per episode
6. John Goodman, The Conners — $860,000 per episode
7. Steve Martin, Only Murders in the Building — $600,000 per episode
7. Pedro Pascal, The Last of Us — $600,000 per episode
7. Martin Short, Only Murders in the Building — $600,000 per episode
10. Ellen Pompeo, Grey’s Anatomy — $575,000 per episodeFor the final seasons of Frasier and Everybody Loves Raymond both Kelsey Grammer and Ray Romano were paid over $1.5 million per episode (which at the time each set a new record with both of them still standing as the 4th and 5th highest paid actors on television ever). The cast of Friends comparatively got a million each as did the main trio in The Big Bang Theory whilst Simon Helberg and Kunnal Nayyar both got $900,000. The Will and Grace quartet and non Jerry Seinfeld trio were paid $600,000.

I’d imagine the Euphoria S3 cast salaries will be huge

To be fair Aniston and Witherspoon were both paid a million for Friends and Big Little Lies (the last times they were on television in a regular capacity) and the show was AppleTV+’s launchpad as well as Aniston’s big starry return to television. Both of them also produce on the show and were a very big part of the development process.
What I want to know is why Sarah Jessica Parker is getting paid a million for And Just Like That when no one is watching it, she doesn’t seem to have gotten anywhere near that amount for Sex and the City and she’s no bigger a star than she already was when the show was on air. None of the actors involved in the other revivals have been paid that much more than they originally were and Nixon doesn’t seem to have cracked the list in spite of being much more in demand these days and being more of a lead on it than she was in the original.
