Gullak Season 4 Trailer Out: Mishra Family Finally Comes Of Age! (Photo Credit – Youtube)
Tvf has been delivering one of the best tales based on friendship, romance, and relationships. Some of these fed on superb nostalgia, including Yeh Meri Family and Gullak. While the new season of Yeh Meri Family could not live up to the expectations, Gullak has been holding the fort strongly for three seasons.
Now, the Mishra family is ready for the fourth season of the show, which will start streaming on June 7 on Sony Liv. It seems the trailer for the fourth season finally enters a parallel timezone, and this might be the riskiest season so far.
Gullak season 4 trailer has hinted at the adulting Vs parenting, and this glimpse clearly deserves applause for ditching the Usp of the show and entering parallel timelines. To date, the family show has played on a strong nostalgic value.

Johar, who’s having a busy year as a producer with Love Storiyaan on Prime Video and Showtime on Disney+ Hotstar, started the session by talking about how he surrounds himself with people “who know all facets of cinema, not just the mainstream” – even if they’ve been outspoken critics of his work in the past.
He used the example of indie maverick Anurag Kashyap, and producer Somen Mishra, now head of content at Dharma and its Ott division Dharmatic Entertainment, who used to slate him on the popular ‘Passion of Cinema’ blog.

One of the highlights of the Busan International Film Festival is its Open Cinema section. Its free screenings take place in the Biff Theater, an outdoor venue with room for hundreds of spectators. This year’s program included Thomas Cailley’s French sci-fi The Animal Kingdom; Revolver Lily, a Japanese period thriller starring Haruka Ayase as a super-assassin; and the Bollywood musical Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani / Rocky and Rani’s Love Story.
Directed by Bollywood veteran Karan Johar, Rocky and Rani pits two top stars––Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh––in a screwball romance that unfolds on a massive scale. Singh is Rocky, a “filthy rich” heir to a laddoo pastry fortune. Bhatt’s Rani hosts a controversial talk show where she defends liberal causes.
You know the formula: meet-cute, enormous song and dance, stupid argument, another gigantic song, eventual reconciliation followed by an even bigger production number.

Scam 2003: The Telgi Story
From the way the astonishing Gagan Dev Riar portrays him, Abdul Karim Telgi was not a charming man to know.
Then what made him bribe his way through the most catastrophic stamp-paper forging scandal in India’s financial history? Not too educated, minimally charming, not a great talker either and certainly no Charles Sobhraj when it came to seducing favour providers, Telgi was just a luck-pushing lout who got his way through bureaucracy by greasing palms.
One of the things I find incredibly hard to believe in this powerful story of absolute corruption is how easily Telgi manages to bribe the emtire bureaucracy. Even the seemingly incorruptible, succumb easily when Telgi gets to tap the greed nerves, first nervously then more confidently.
The case of Madhusudan Mishra in Episode 4 is specially ponderable. At first the seemingly incorruptible Mishra refuses to be bribed. Then Telgu gets...

Mumbai, June 22 (Ians) Actor Shaan Mishra, who is known for his work in television show ‘Imlie’, has said that he is open to doing bold scenes, provided the script demands them.
Bold scenes have generally come to be accepted in films and Ott alike. However, the trend of bold scenes is polarising among actors as there are many who are not comfortable with showing off too much skin or doing intimate scenes on screen.
Elaborating on his stance of doing intimate scenes, Mishra said: “If the script demands, then it’s okay. Some actors do this to survive in the industry as sadly, they don’t get much work. They face difficulties to survive due to financial issues so they say yes to such scenes as they don’t have any options. But then there are still others who avoid doing such things until and unless it’s required”.

Bhubaneswar, June 15 (Ians) The Indian senior men’s football team played out a goalless draw against Lebanon in the final group match of the Intercontinental Cup at the Kalinga Stadium, here on Thursday.
In an evenly-matched contest for most parts, both sides had opportunities to win the game, but neither could find the edge on another humid evening in the Odisha capital.
Lebanon were already confirmed to be India’s opponents in Sunday’s final before the game kicked off as Vanuatu beat Mongolia 1-0 earlier in the day.
Head coach Igor Stimac once again made a flurry of changes to the starting eleven from the previous game, most notably resting Sunil Chhetri, who netted the match-winner against Vanuatu, to give Ashique Kuruniyan his first appearance of the tournament. With the same back-line reinstated from the opening match against Mongolia, goalscorers Sahal Abdul Samad and Lallianzuala Chhangte also returned to the line-up.

Lucknow, April 22 (Ians) Krunal Pandya bowled an economical spell of 2/16 while Marcus Stoinis took two wickets in the final over and Naveen-ul-Haq shined with brilliant pace-off bowling to help Lucknow Super Giants restrict Gujarat Titans to a modest 135/6 in an Ipl 2023 match at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, here on Saturday.
On a slow pitch where spinners and slower deliveries from the fast bowlers ruled the roost, Gujarat’s batters found it difficult to find their timing, barring captain Hardik Pandya’s 66 off 50 balls and Wriddhiman Saha hitting 47 off 37 balls. Such was the difficulty in stroke play that Hardik was the only batter from Gujarat to hit all of their sixes in their innings.
Electing to bat first, Gujarat suffered a huge blow in the second over when Shubman Gill fell for a two-ball duck after holing out to long-off against Krunal Pandya. Saha took three quick fours off Krunal,...

Ahead of the tournament, Delhi Capitals head coach Ricky Ponting had stated that the impact player rule will negate the role of all-rounders and bits-and-pieces players, something which was also echoed by Kolkata Knight Riders’ batting all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer too.
So far, the impact player rule has been panning out on the lines Ponting had said as majority of teams have preferred to take the batter-bowler and bowler-batter swap. But former India left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha thinks the impact player rule won’t take away anyone’s value in teams.
"Not really, I feel everybody has a role to play. Impact player rule always adds value. It will never take away anybody else’s value in the team. If you see, we will have all-rounders. But you will have a specialist coming in to either bat or bowl."
"So, this only enhances your team’s value and in the long run,...
