He’s up for a Best Actor Oscar, and Benedict Cumberbatch is one of the most beloved men in today’s entertainment industry.
However, Jimmy Kimmel had a sneaking suspicion that the “Sherlock” stud’s appeal was all due to his unique name, so he had Mr. Cumberbatch film a series of introductionsin which he used a variety of monikers.
Benedict began, “Hi, my name is Chad,” followed by a slew of silly labels like “Ruth Bader Ginsberg,” “John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt,” “The Hamburglar,” “Al Roker,” and finally “Queen Latifah.” And in every single one, he came off just as charming!

"The Walking Dead" continues its onslaught as one of the most amazing horror-themed television shows to ever hit the airwaves. Season 4 brought new characters, expanded some old favorites, evoked tears and cheers, and of course had its share of zombie action.
Tomorrow, August 26th, "The Walking Dead" Season 4 hit Blu-ray/DVD via Anchor Bay, and with that in mind we decided to look back at our favorite moments from this season. Characters coming and going, separation and reunion, death and new life... Season 4 brought us "The Walking Dead" like we'd never seen it before.
We've got our Top 13 here, but as always, we'll start with some honorable mentions. Bob's raging alcoholism leading to the complete destruction of the liquor store kicked off the action in Episode 1, and the discovery of David and Karen's murdered and burned bodies was the first real mysterious firecracker Season 4 gave us.

This year Jason Clarke will face a revolution of simians in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, but next year he'll be facing the elements in Everest, a mountain climbing drama from Baltasar Kormakur (Contraband). Now we have the first look at the film which will be presented in 3D when it hits theaters in February of 2015. There's no sight of the rest of the impressive cast, which also includes Josh Brolin, John Hawkes and Jake Gyllenhaal (sadly no sign of John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt).
