Michael Paleodimos is Greek-Australian cinematographer, raised in Athens, Greece. His work gained international acclaim when his first film Stutterer (2015) (dir. Benjamin Cleary) won an Oscar at the 88th Academy Awards (2016) for Best Live Action Short.
In 2018, Michael collaborated with Bafta breakthrough director Ed Perkins and two-time Academy Award winner Simon Chinn, to shoot Black Sheep (2018) which was nominated for an Oscar at the 91st Academy Awards (2019).
Michael recently finished shooting Industry for HBO (2024 release) and his previous work has ended up in festivals like Venice, Berlinale, Tribeca, Toronto, BFI Film Festival, the IDAs etc.
