Las Altas Cortes de Guatemala están en medio de su proceso para seleccionar a jueces y magistrados. Por varios años se han denunciado circunstancias turbias en el poder judicial como el llamado “pacto de corrupción". Un panel de expertos independientes observa este proceso para vigilar la selección de jueces y magistrados. Ana Lorena Delgadillo, fundadora y exdirectora de la Fundación para la Justicia en México y Antonia Urrejola, excanciller de Chile, forman parte del panel de observación internacional, comparten lo que han observado en este proceso histórico en Guatemala.
