If you have questions aboout or require support with email, code repositories, virtual machines, web sites, issue trackers or other infrastructure stuff, we are here to help!

Services and Tools

Infra supports services for the ASF and its projects, including GitBox, Jira, Confluence Wiki, Jenkins, and Buildbot. Our toolbox that contains both home-brewed solutions and "off the shelf" offerings.

Self-serve

Use our self-serve features to perform tasks ranging from requesting a Jira account to creating a mailing list, without having to involve the Infra team.

Roundtables

Infra holds Roundtable meetings most months to discuss infrastructure development and challenges. Participants are welcome to bring their own concerns, questions, and suggestions.

The next Roundtable will be in person at Community over Code North America in Denver, Colorado, USA on October 8, 2024, 2:50 local time in the Mt. Harvard Room.

Inside Infra

Infra publishes a monthly newsletter, "Inside Infra", on our blog and also emails it to Members and committers who have subscribed to the [email protected] email list. This is a handy way to catch up on Infrastructure developments, policy changes, and new resources.
