Int J Biol Markers. 1999 Oct-Dec;14(4):207-13. doi: 10.1177/172460089901400403.

Abstract

In vivo and in vitro techniques are available for research on the functions of endothelial cells during angiogenesis. In this review we describe and evaluate the methodology and specific features of some of the most frequently used in vivo assays.
