A rare retroperitoneal benign tumor. Castleman's disease

Abstract

A case of retroperitoneal Castleman's disease - a benign lymphoid tumor - is reported. The tumor is excised totally. A 34-month follow-up period is disease free and uneventful. The preoperative workup presented, its clinical behavior and management are discussed.
