Abstract
The fluoride inhibition of mivacurium hydrolysis by pseudocholinesterase increases in hypothermia, but it will very rarely occur in clinical practice because it requires rather large fluoride concentrations (>50 micromol/L) and very low temperatures (<28 degrees C).
