[Large dose of penicillin misinjected into the spinal subarachnoid space]

Abstract

Large dose of penicillin was misinjected into the spinal subarachnoid space of 3 patients. Dangerous symptoms such as epileptic status, difficult respiration and severe cerebral edema occurred. Fortunately, the patients were treated promptly without sequelae.
