Glomerulonephritis in sarcoidosis: causal relationship unproven

Postgrad Med J. 1992 Mar;68(797):206-8. doi: 10.1136/pgmj.68.797.206.

Abstract

Two patients with sarcoidosis and glomerular mesangial proliferative lesions are described. Although a causative relationship between sarcoidosis and glomerulonephritis has been suggested, critical review of the literature fails to confirm this.
