Pulmonary vasoconstriction following intravenous nimodipine

Abstract

A case is reported in which intravenous nimodipine therapy was associated with severe acute pulmonary hypertension in a patient with a subarachnoid haemorrhage. The patient had previously received enteral nimodipine without problems.
