Abstract

This short composition is referred to the famous Leopoldian society, founded in Germany, in which illustrious Italian men were welcome. Some social, historical and medical considerations underline the great attraction that the philosopher Leibniz showed for the international cultural exchanges, by safeguarding the ancient tradition.
