Abstract
Lymphangiogenesis has been found in the parenchymatous and surrounding tissues of many malignancies. The density of neogenetic lymphatics and the expression levels of molecular markers of lymph duct are closely related to lymphatic metastasis. The study on lymphangiogenesis has become an important way to discover the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis and explore lymphatic targeting therapy; however, it is still at a primary phase in present. This article mainly reviewed the advance and the problems in the study on lymphangiogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.
