[Discharge interference factors of terminally ill cancer patients: a questionnaire survey provided by medical staff at the Cancer Center Hospital]

Abstract

Despite of a terminally ill cancer patients' state of illness being stable, there will be a case where a patient loses his or her chance to be discharged due to an increase in length of hospitalization. We studied a questionnaire survey that was provided by medical staff at the cancer center hospital, and discussed how to support or encourage patients to cooperate with medical staff in order to attain shorter hospitalization.
