Narrow QRS tachycardia with long R-P

Int J Cardiol. 2008 Jul 4;127(2):e57-60. doi: 10.1016/j.ijcard.2007.04.033. Epub 2007 Jun 22.

Abstract

Appropriate ECG diagnosis of a narrow complex tachycardia can be sometimes challenging. We present a case of palpitations and an electrocardiogram showing a long RP relationship. The ECG characteristics and the differential diagnosis and mechanisms documented during electrophysiology testing are discussed.
