Transplantation. 2008 Jun 15;85(11):1523-5. doi: 10.1097/TP.0b013e318173a70e.

Abstract

Short-term outcome of the ABO-incompatible liver transplantation has been improved dramatically due to novel immnosuppressive protocols and apheresis. This review will discuss current understanding of the clinical relevance of ABO-incompatible liver transplantation including long-term outcome mainly from the Japanese experience.
