Cardiovasc Intervent Radiol. 2009 Jul;32(4):796-800. doi: 10.1007/s00270-008-9464-8. Epub 2008 Oct 30.

We describe herein a patient who had hepatic metastases with an arteriovenous shunt and was treated by hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy. The arteriovenous shunt was diagnosed by (99m)Tc-macroaggregated albumin scintigraphy and hepatic venous embolization was performed to reduce shunt flow.
