Abstract
Objective:
To study the chemical constituents of Schisandra pubescens.
Methods:
The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel, Prep-HPLC and Prep-TLC methods. And their structures were elucidated by physical-chemical and spectroscopic methods.
Results:
Seven compounds were obtained and identified as (+)-gomisin K2 (I), gomisin S (II), Pregomisin (III), Schisantherin A (IV), Schicantherin B (V), Angeloylgomisin Q (VI), Rubrildilactione (VII).
Conclusion:
All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
