Abstract

Intravesical instillations are indicated for intermediate-risk or high-risk bladder tumors that do not infiltrate muscle tissue. In the literature, the indications for these treatments are not adapted to the subject's age and co-morbidities. With no scientific data, instillations should be proposed according to the risk of the bladder tumor, but by adapting them to the physiological age and the potential risks of this management strategy.
