The chains are characterized by centrosymmetric hydrogen-bonded dimers generated via N-H...Cl and hydroxycycloalkyl O-H...Cl interactions. trans-N-Alkyl bridges subdivide the chains into hydrophilic segments flanked by hydrophobic cycloalkyl stacks along [001].
