Persistence is defined as the duration of treatment intake, and compliance as the quality of drug intake in all its dimensions (dosage, frequency, regularity, duration). Their respect is to improve the benefit-risk medication. The prescription must be accompanied in the elderly of quality information and the development of assistive devices and human resources.
