Multiparametric analysis of intrinsically disordered proteins: looking at intrinsic disorder through compound eyes

Anal Chem. 2012 Mar 6;84(5):2096-104. doi: 10.1021/ac203096k. Epub 2012 Jan 19.

Abstract

Intrinsically disordered proteins are highly abundant in various proteomes. They are different from ordered proteins at many levels, and their structural and functional characterization requires special experimental and computational tools.
