Bronchial carcinoids are rare, well-differentiated, neuroendocrine malignant tumors and account for 5% of all lung neoplasms. The standard of care for the carcinoid tumors has been surgical resection. Various interventional bronchoscopic techniques are available for the treatment of intraluminal carcinoid. One of these new techniques with less complication is argon plasma coagulation. In this study, we report a case of huge endobronchial carcinoid tumor referred to us from the thoracic surgery ward, which was not surgically resectable. The tumor was treated successfully with argon plasma coagulation.
