Abstract

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是育龄期妇女最常见的内分泌紊乱疾病之一。不孕为PCOS常见的临床表现。我们采用促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）脉冲联合二甲双胍治疗1例非肥胖21岁女性PCOS不孕患者，该患者经治疗后自然受孕并产下健康女婴。提示GnRH脉冲治疗联合二甲双胍可诱导非肥胖PCOS患者自发排卵，自然受孕。.
