三尖瓣反流是心外科的常见疾病，当前有许多文献报道了其外科治疗的相关问题。但是，对于三尖瓣反流外科手术指征的把握、术式的选择和外科治疗预后等问题，目前仍缺少系统性阐述。本文介绍三尖瓣反流的外科治疗现状，并对其介入治疗进行展望。.
