Calciphylaxis is a rare vascular disorder, characterized by a progresive systemic calcification of dermo-hypodermic arterioles. We present a case of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patient on Hemodialysis, with calciphyilaxis, whose clinical manifestation were ulcerated lesions on the penis, treated with phosphodiesterae-5 (PDE5) inhibitors, with good clinical response.
