Visual electrophysiological examination, which features the advantage of being objective, noninvasive and quantitative, is an important method for visual function assessment. The problem yet to be resolved in clinical and medical authentication, is the standardization of application, particularly in terms of test procedure and results interpretation. Visual electrophysiology examination includes many tests. Each kind of test has its own clinical significance. There are many factors that may affect results. Therefore, the standardization in the examination procedure can ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the result. The interpretation of the report, which relies upon both clinical operation guidance and clinical experiences, also needs to be standardized. Focus should be put on the issues above in an effort to realize the reasonable application of visual electrophysiology in clinic diagnosis and medical authentication, and to avoid the misjudgment or misdiagnosis. 视觉电生理检查是重要的视功能评估方法,具有客观、无创、定量等优点。然而在眼科临床和医疗鉴定实际应用中,如何规范的使用是目前亟待解决的问题和焦点,主要包括其检查流程和解读方法。视觉电生理检查项目较多,各项目的临床意义不同,影响检查结果的因素多,因此规范的电生理检查操作流程可以保证结果的准确性和可重复性。检查结果产生后,如何结合临床解读电生理结果也需要规范,既需要遵循电生理临床指南的逻辑思维,又需要具体病例中临床实践经验的积累。注意以上问题后,希望能更规范、合理地使用视觉电生理检查,更加准确地进行客观视功能评估,更好地服务于临床和医疗鉴定,避免误判和漏判。(中华眼科杂志,2020,56:811-814).
