[A case of primary epithelioid angiosarcoma of the tonsil in a patient with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma with pulmonary metastasis]

Abstract

本文报道1例发生于老年男性扁桃体的原发性上皮样血管肉瘤（epithelioid angiosarcoma，EAS）。患者男，69岁，因“咽部异物感半个月余”就诊。查体：左侧扁桃体窝见菜花状新生物，内镜下行左侧扁桃体切除术+左侧扁桃体肿物切除术。大体标本示，肿物大小2 cm×1.5 cm×1 cm，色灰白，质脆。术后病理诊断为EAS。该患者既往有复发性肝细胞肝癌伴肺转移，服用索拉菲尼靶向药病史，术后4 d转至肿瘤内科进行抗肿瘤对症支持治疗，扁桃体肿瘤区进行姑息性放疗。.
