Abstract

幽门螺杆菌（Hp）是寄生于人类胃内的革兰阴性杆菌，与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃黏膜相关性淋巴瘤和胃癌等消化系统疾病的发生、发展密切相关。Hp在宿主体内持续存在的机制有多种，Hp感染后宿主很难通过先天免疫系统来清除。本文对胆固醇在Hp胃内生存中发挥的作用和相关分子机制的研究进展进行综述。.
