Abstract

肉芽肿性多血管炎是一种进行性坏死性肉芽肿性血管炎，病变主要累及小动脉、小静脉及毛细血管，属于自身免疫性疾病。普通型裂褶菌为机会性致病真菌，主要经呼吸道传播，常继发于其他基础病。本文介绍1例19岁男性患者，因咳嗽、发热、肺部占位就诊确诊为肉芽肿性多血管炎继发普通型裂褶菌感染的病例，并对其相关组织病理学特征进行阐述和讨论，以加深病理医师对该病的认识。.
