Abstract

Fretibacter rubidus is a dimorphic, prosthecate member of the family Maricaulaceae, order Caulobacterales, in the class Alphaproteobacteria. Here, we report the genome of type strain JCM 15585^T (JC2236^T), sequenced with Oxford Nanopore Technology.
