Abstract

Palmar soft tissue defects of the digits are common. Severe multiple digit palmar soft tissue defects can lead to dysfunction and are difficult to treat. We report a case in which a variety of flaps were applied to repair the palmar soft tissue defects of five digits.Level of evidence: V.
