Experimental antitumor activity of 5'-nor-anhydrovinblastine navelbine

Cancer Lett. 1984 Feb;22(1):49-54. doi: 10.1016/0304-3835(84)90042-9.

Abstract

We have found that navelbine, a new semi-synthetic Vinca alkaloid analogue, is as active as vincristine on implanted murine tumors. It has a low cross-resistance with vincristine and vindesine.
