In-vitro and in-vivo immunobiological properties of murine monoclonal anti-Brucella antibodies

Appl Microbiol Biotechnol. 1994 Feb;40(6):818-21. doi: 10.1007/BF00173981.

Abstract

Features and protective activity of anti-Brucella murine monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) versus B. melitensis 16M were studied. All Mabs tested were able to confer a good passive protection and showed correlative biological properties in immunological reactions.
