Anaesthesia. 1994 Aug;49(8):694-5. doi: 10.1111/j.1365-2044.1994.tb04400.x.

Abstract

A patient with Dupuytren's diathesis experienced a prolonged sensory and motor block following epidural anaesthesia. It was postulated that this occurred secondary to fibrous changes within the epidural space.
