Aneurysmatic dilatation of an aortic homograft more than 30 years after implantation into the thoracic aorta

Abstract

A case of aneurysmatic dilatation of an aortic homograft 34 years after implantation for correction of a coarctation is presented. It was electively replaced by a Dacron prosthesis to prevent impending complications.
