Abstract

Toxic properties of methylvinyl ketone were studied in acute and subacute experiments. It was determined that methylvinyl ketone is a highly dangerous substance. Its LD50 for male rats is 23.1 mg/kg. Single MAC was recommended on the level 0.006 mg/m3, average daily MAC-0.002 mg/m3 (3d class of danger).
