Syncope as the initial presentation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract

Syncope can be the first manifestation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Recently, we have encountered one such case and was able to eradiate this symptom by combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
