Hepatopancreatoduodenectomy for superficially spreading bile duct carcinoma: a report of two 5 year survivals

Abstract

We have treated two bile duct carcinoma patients using HPD and they have both survived for more than 5 years postoperatively. In this article, we report on the details of these two cases and discuss the indications for HPD in the treatment of bile duct carcinoma.
